Crispy Kale
I've told some of you this recipe at market before but I don't think we've ever put it in the newsletter.
Ingredients
Kale (as much as you wish to use)
Enough oil, herbs, and spices to leave a light coat onto your kale
Preparation
Take your kale and chop it into ribbons. Toss the kale in a bowl with oil and any kind of herbs and spices that you like. After the kale is coated, place it on a cookie sheet and bake it in the oven for 10-20 minutes, or until crispy, at about 200 °. The end product should be a snack that even the die-hard kale haters will like
