Green surprise Dip
The green is self-evident. The surprise is in the flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed kale, chard, or spinach
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Puree in a food processor and serve as a vegetable dip or with chips and crackers.
