Sweet and Sour Swiss Chard

I haven't tried this recipe yet but I think it could become a favorite.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cut off chard stems and chop them, set aside.  Cut chard leaves into 1 inch strips.
  2. Then Saute the chopped onion in 2 teasppons of oil until soft.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients along with chard stems, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Place chopped leaves on top of mixture, cover and let cook another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir and serve.
